How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Here's where to find yours.
Apple and Google handle all Spines payments, so you cancel or change your plan in your phone's settings rather than in the app.
On an iPhone
- Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Spines.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, or pick a different plan.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Spines, then Cancel subscription.
After you cancel, Premium keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Then your account moves to the free plan. You keep your books and scans.
Refunds
Because Apple and Google take the payment, refunds go through them. On an iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the order in Google Play and choose Request a refund.
