How do I change my favourite genres and authors?

Genres

1. Open More → Reading Preferences.
2. Under Genres I Love or Genres to Avoid, tap Edit.
3. Tick or untick genres, then tap Save.

Authors and books you love

1. Open My Books → Loved.
2. Choose Authors and tap + Add an author, or choose Books and tap + Add a book.
3. Search for the name or title and tap it to add it.

What else Spines learns from

• Books you grab or pass on.
• Authors you already have two or more books by.
• Books you import from Goodreads or StoryGraph.

Your For You picks update as you go, so the next shelf you scan reflects the changes.
